The solution in the form of a mural
Parking and public square in Benalmádena
Located between Pablo Neruda and Lope de Vega streets, with an eight-meter height difference between them, this building has been designed in the Benalmádena area adjacent to Arroyo de la Miel.
The project aims to address a significant parking issue in the area. To this end, the building has been adapted to the surroundings, creating natural ventilation on its southeast façade. This not only allows natural light to enter but also incorporates a corten steel mural on the Pablo Neruda street façade, adding an artistic element to the urban environment. Additionally, a large pergola on the terrace provides a space dedicated to contemplation and relaxation.
The urban equipment, designed by the studio, includes a pond in the plaza facing the sea, creating a visual dialogue between two bodies of water that enhance urban views and add a powerful aesthetic dimension to the landscape.
