The building is situated on a small plot with a unique microclimate, surrounded by the imposing towers of Playamar in Torremolinos. This project stands as a manifesto in defense of architecture specifically conceived for this environment, employing rationalist gestures and exploring ideas that seek to establish a unique language. The original garden, without significant alterations, remains intact, fostering a harmonious dialogue between nature and the small building.
