A quiet integration

The house is located in a residential and tourist area of Torremolinos, just twenty minutes from Málaga, the capital of the Costa del Sol. It integrates discreetly into the neighborhood. The living-dining room serves as the central axis of the home, organizing its layout around a double-height space open to the sky. To the east, it opens to the main patio where the pool is situated, while to the west, it connects to the main entrance. To the south, the kitchen, along with the staircase leading to the bedrooms, provides a cozy atmosphere.

In the highest part of the house, a space dedicated to relaxation has been created, ideal for a TV area or other activities.
