Ecological strategy to promote well-being

ACCIONA Real Estate S.A. called for an ideas competition to design eco-friendly and sustainable residential blocks on a plot located in ‘La Víbora,’ within the municipal area of Marbella, a few meters from the beach and surrounded by a pine forest.

The submitted project aimed, through an exhaustive analysis of solar incidence and winds, to orient the buildings in a way that allowed optimal air circulation, thereby improving the environmental conditions of the area. Abundant vegetation was incorporated into walls and transitional spaces, creating an ecological structure complemented by green roofs and sustainable materials that promote well-being and energy efficiency.

The ecological strategy was reinforced by the implementation of water recovery systems and the installation of solar panels.
Our proposal was selected and recognized by the ACCIONA group to carry out the project development.
