Intervention strategy of immovable structure: Ziggurat, perimeter walls to the elevated space where pergolas are located and from where the sea can be contemplated. In addition, borders with ponds, drawings on the ground…

A ribbon of stone and brick for seating runs linearly throughout the southern sector creating spaces, places, as well as containing the land. This area is complemented by trees such as jacarandas, brachichitos and chorizas.

The ziggurat area is conceived from the beginning as a forest area on the stone mountain and later the idea of the iron sculptures of the moving birds by Stefan Von Reiswitz arises, which are accompanied by orange and olive trees. At the top of the ziggurat, live trees and animals, benches and tables, grassy dunes and a boulevard in front of a new pond create a dynamic, stagnant space where there is no linear path and a cool place with stone pines and brachichrys.

The pond with its water jets on the wall gives an effect of lightness in front of the grass dune.

The existing pergolas and the concrete wall are the elements used to design the pond with grass islands that will house future sculptures that are observed from the bridge that crosses the pond. The pergola on the concrete wall is linked to the existing vegetation through the lemon trees, water, grass, wood and plants.

The meeting spaces at the confluences of accesses and circulations, with their whashintonia or date palms, accompany the site.
