Commitment to history, typology and city
Building Calle Trinidad, 2009
/
The architectural gestures of this building are inspired by the movements and interactions of its inhabitants. In addition, the design focuses on the concept of emptiness. The courtyard, with its walkways crossing at various points, creates a dialogue between them, allowing light and air to flow through.
This project explores the relationship between public and private spaces, expressed through the interplay of light and shadow, which materializes in the opening and closing of the wooden panels in the central courtyard, among other elements. The courtyard serves as an integrating element, connecting the inhabitants and fostering their engagement with the neighborhood.
