Rebuilding a house in Pinares

Access to the house is resolved through a wooden staircase that winds gently along the plot, weaving between the pine trees. Light and respectful of its natural surroundings, the staircase becomes a sculptural element within the landscape.

The reconstruction and new layout of the house are guided by the views of the Mediterranean, which define the project’s orientation and atmosphere. The swimming pool and generous balcony reinforce this design strategy, framing the horizon and opening the interior to the sea. Beneath the balcony, a playful and versatile space extends the living area and can also function as a bedroom.
