Rebuilding a house in Pinares

The access to the house is solved with a wooden staircase that runs along part of the plot among the pine trees. Light and respectful of the environment, the staircase is an aesthetic object in the landscape.

The reconstruction of this house and its new functional layout are inspired by the beautiful views of the Mediterranean. The swimming pool and large balcony highlight this project strategy. A playful space is created under this balcony, which can be used as a bedroom.
